A small Chiltern Harriers contingent made the trip to Sutton Park, Sutton Coldfield on October 5th for the English Road Relay Championships. The best placed team, that all ran on the traditional 3.8k circuit, was the U17 Men who were 17th.
The U13 Girls were a respectable 26th thanks to Bea Robinson (15.30), Annie-Rose Quantrill (16.49) and Emilia Ingham (16.29). The U13 boys were also 26th courtesy of Jack Rogers (14.36), Harrison Lawrence (15.32) and Zac Taylor (15.34). Maya Davis led off the U15Girls with 14.54 and was followed by Carys Jones (17.51) and Megan Lockwood (16.06). The U15 Boys were 32nd thanks to Tom Ford (12.33), Luke Coultate (16.15) and Charlie Quantrill (13.27). Alex Hughes led off the U17 Men’s team and was fifth on leg 1 in 11.57. Callum Powell (12.57) and James Holdsworth (12.33) steered the team to 17th place overall. Issy Robinson ran first leg in an incomplete U17 Women’s team. Comments are closed.
