AGM Notice 2026

CHILTERN HARRIERS ATHLETIC CLUB

Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of Chiltern Harriers Athletic Club will be held in the Tiered Room 1st floor, The White Hill Centre, White Hill, Chesham HP5 1AH on Monday 09 March 2026, commencing at 7.30pm
 
The meeting shall receive reports from members of the Management Committee and a statement of the examined accounts.
 
Election of the President, Officers, Management Committee Members and the Independent External Examiner will take place.
 
Nominations for Officers and Members of the Management Committee must be sent
to the Secretary prior to the meeting.
 
Nominations for Life Members can be made by a proposer and seconder who are
members of the Club and must be received by the Secretary by 17 February 2026.
 
All Members, except Associate Members and Honorary Members, of the Club have
the right to vote.
 
A Resolution for consideration at the AGM must be submitted in writing to the Secretary by 17 February 2026. Parents of Young Athletes are also invited to attend the meeting and act as proxy voters for their children.
 
The agenda for this meeting, the Chairman’s report, Athlete Performance Report and
minutes of the 2025 AGM can be downloaded from the About Notices section of the
Club website after 3 March 2026
 
Complimentary refreshments will be available after the meeting in the White Hill
Lounge Bar.
