About Us
Chiltern Harriers AC is a Club of some 400 members – junior and senior - whose vision is to be the standout running club in the Chilterns. We cater for athletes who enjoy the competitive aspects of the sport, and also those who just want to run for pleasure and to keep fit.  We also have a number of social and associate members. We organise a variety of training runs, which take us all over the Chiltern countryside. All our members benefit from belonging to a club and being able to run with people of like ability.

Happy Mother’s Day, Harriers. I hope you enjoyed the sun when it appeared this weekend. But before we get on to this weekend, let’s hark back to the last one. The Moss duo took on the legendary Grizzly in Seaton, Devon. Braving bogs, hills and 20 miles, both Richard and Sylvia came home in 4.20.29. Bravo!

Also a shout-out and an apology to James Hudson, who I missed from last week’s results from the Amersham Ultra. James finished a very impressive 6th place in a time of 4.11.59.

CHILTERN HARRIERS ATHLETIC CLUB

Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of Chiltern Harriers Athletic Club will be held in the Tiered Room 1st floor, The White Hill Centre, White Hill, Chesham HP5 1AH on Monday 09 March 2026, commencing at 7.30pm
 
The meeting shall receive reports from members of the Management Committee and a statement of the examined accounts.
 
Election of the President, Officers, Management Committee Members and the Independent External Examiner will take place.
 
Nominations for Officers and Members of the Management Committee must be sent
to the Secretary prior to the meeting.
 
Nominations for Life Members can be made by a proposer and seconder who are
members of the Club and must be received by the Secretary by 17 February 2026.
 
All Members, except Associate Members and Honorary Members, of the Club have
the right to vote.
 
A Resolution for consideration at the AGM must be submitted in writing to the Secretary by 17 February 2026. Parents of Young Athletes are also invited to attend the meeting and act as proxy voters for their children.
 
The agenda for this meeting, the Chairman’s report, Athlete Performance Report and
minutes of the 2025 AGM can be downloaded from the About Notices section of the
Club website after 3 March 2026
 
Complimentary refreshments will be available after the meeting in the White Hill
Lounge Bar.
