Who for:  Any woman approaching, in the middle of, or past the menopause. This workshop will help you to understand how you can be healthier and stronger for the long term

What to bring: Pen and paper for note taking and water

Dear Chiltern Harriers members,

As you may be aware, Chiltern Harriers and Wycombe Phoenix Harriers compete together in the Southern Athletics League. Wycombe Phoenix will be hosting a league fixture on 19 July at Little Marlow, and we are seeking volunteers to help support the event.

Volunteers are welcome to assist either with:

• Saturday – event set-up
• Sunday – supporting the smooth running of the meet
