This Sunday 14th the senior's social run is from the car park at Hervines Park Amersham HP6 5HU.
Leaving at 9.30am the routes loop around Hyde Heath then down too Little Missenden before heading back via Mop End. There are 9.87- and 8.2-mile options although the routes can be tailored to suit.
