This coming Sunday the Seniors run, assuming we haven't all melted by then, is from the car park at the Moor Chesham HP5 1SE.
Starting at 9.30am we are using the "old favourite "run down the Chess Valley. Going out on the north side and back on the south. There are files on the web site - Training- route maps reference C1 Chess Valley for 6.8, 8.5 and 10.1 miles in PDF, OS Maps, GPX and Garmin formats. The weather is currently due to be a modest high of 24 degrees. Drinks , hats etc recommended. Comments are closed.
