This Sunday the social run for Seniors is from the car park at Hervines Park, Amersham HP6 5HU.
Starting at 9.30am the circular routes take in Hyde Heath, South Heath and Little Missenden. There are 9.9- and 7.2-mile options, full details of which can be found on the web site - Training- route maps - reference A5.
