The social run for Seniors this Sunday is from the car park at Hervines Park, Amersham HP6 5 HU.
Starting at 9.30am the routes go out via the Old Town and down the South Bucks way. They then head south towards Coleshill and Woodrow before turning back via the Old town. The full distance is 10.1 miles but two short cuts offer a choice of 9.6 and 8.45 miles.
