Running isn’t all about running… keeping up a consistent circuit routine helps to reduce injury risk and will ultimately increase pace/performance!'

I have been doing circuit training for over 4 years now, and find it very beneficial. It helps me to build up my strength and speed, which contributes to me performing better not only in athletics, but also in football. Jamie (who runs the sessions) is always happy to help you improve at your technique, and changes the sessions regularly so that you do different exercises and won't get bored doing the same thing every week.
Thanks
Alex
