Meet and be ready to run at 7pm - parking in the side road by the school adjacent to the common at Hyde Heath
Food and drinks available in The Plough pub across the road. This evening's planned effort is an off-road (mostly) two lap ( each lap 2.25m) offering with a hill thrown in to give your calf muscles a workout. For those that complete the two laps with time to spare - there will be some short reps on the finishing straight of the lap. The course is both hilly and likely to be muddy and slippery so off-road shoes would be advisable. Could you please either print off the attached map or download to your running watch the circuit.
