This Sunday the run for Seniors starts from the car park at Hervines Park, Amersham HP6 5HU at 9.30am .
From Old Amersham the route goes up to Holmer Green via Mop End, round to Little Missenden and back to Amersham via Hyde Heath. Full details of the routes are on the web site under the Route maps drop down Reference A15 Holmer Green. There are two marked routes of 7.5 and 10 miles but the distances can be tailored to suit.
