This Sunday 12th Nov the run for seniors is from the car park at Hervines Park Amersham HP6 5HU.
Leaving at 9.30am the routes take in Winchmore Hill and Coleshill before returning via Old Amersham. The marked route options are 8.2 and 7.5 miles.
