With Chiltern League and cross countries fading into the memory here is the chance to get muddy again !!
The Senior Sunday run this week end is from the car park, at Hervines Park, Amersham HP6 5HU. Leaving at 9.30 am the routes go out via Hyde Heath To Little Kingshill and back via Holmer Green and Mop End to Amersham. The longer route is 10 miles with a shorter option of 7.8 miles.
