We are back at Amersham for this Sunday’s social run for the Seniors.
Starting from the car park at Hervines Park (HP6 5HU) at 9.30 am . The options are 7.4 and 10.3 miles taking in circular routes out to Penn and back via Coleshill. Two pdf’s of the routes , one on a single sheet and the other on two sheets to a larger scale are on the web site. The routes are quite twisty in places and the larger scale is slightly easier to follow. Please print a copy in your preferred format for use on the day. For those wishing to use mobile devices to download the routes please note these routes are the same as A7 in the Runs library but in reverse ! With the continued lack of events these runs are a good way of do a decent length run in company. As always we need to be responsible and observe all sensible Covid precautions and respect other users of the routes.
