With the temperature hovering around 37 degrees C at the time of drafting this note the thought of a decent long run is probably not at the forefront of the mind. However, the temperature is currently forecast to be in the range 18- degrees early on to 25 degrees later on Sunday morning. Much more conducive to a social run.
This Sunday we are back at the Moor meeting at the car park Chesham HP5 1SE to leave at 9.30am. The route takes us out to Whelpley Hill via Lye Green and back via Botley. Two distances are offered , 8.0 and 10.3 miles. Details are lodged in the Route Maps library under reference C7 Whelpley Hill 8.0 and 10.3 miles. There are files in GPX, OS Maps and Garmin Connect for techies and PDF for fans of paper maps. Please down load a copy in your favoured format. A paper copy can be useful to wave a passing stranger if you get lost!! Please take care , do not leave anyone alone and carry drinks if it is hot and a phone for emergencies.
