This Sunday 25th, being the third Sunday of the month, we are at the Moor , Chesham HP5 1SE for the seniors' social run, leaving from the car park at 9.30am .
The routes head out towards but not to Ley Hill ( see photos of last week's run !), to a loop east of Latimer before heading back, to Chesham on the Chess Valley Way. Full details of the 8.0- and 10-miles routes are on the web site - Training- Route Maps drop downs under reference C9 Moor-Ley Hill- Latimer.
