Sunday 9th October - Run from Hervines Park, Amersham

This Sunday 9th October the seniors social run is from the car park at Hervines Park , Amersham HP6 5HU.

Leaving at 9.30am, the circular routes take in Little Missenden, Little Kingshill and Holmer Green before heading back to the start. There are two options mapped , 7.8 and 10.0 miles although other variants are possible.

Carrying  a mobile phone and hydration is recommended.
