Sunday Run - Ashley Green 20th December 9:45am

There will be 4.5, 6.0, 9.6 and 11.2 mile routes for walkers and runners across open undulating North Chiltern countryside which will no doubt be muddy but sun and 10 degrees is forecast, it will not be like the photo when we ran this course in January 2013 - you may recognise a couple of the runners still in the club!

In the light of us moving into Tier 3 this weekend, we cannot meet at the pub anymore. So near the Memorial Hall or park along the road (not near the church ) would be best,
Runners should be in groups of 6 or less and no socialising should be had before or after the run please.
