Pub Run on Sunday 4 October 2020 at Hedgerley, meeting at 9.45am (start at the White Horse Pub, Village Lane, SL2 3UY park in the lane south of the pub).
Route 1: 4.75 miles Route 2: 7.1 miles Route 3: 10.0 miles Route 4: 11.9 miles (495' climb) We used this venue in 2018 but it is back to substitute for an originally planned route from Flaunden which will now be used in November. The outing will give you an opportunity to enjoy the open country and beautiful woods in South Bucks, whilst going through the North end of the famous Burnham Beeches Nature Reserve. The routes are comparatively flat with less than 500’ climb on the longest route. This location has been chosen as the White Horse, an historic village pub, is one the favourite locations for our regular participants, with it serving excellent sandwiches and a wide range of beers straight from barrels behind the bar; these can be partaken of inside the pub or on the lawns at the back. I have a table for six reserved out the back and we can get another if needed, which I hope we do! They are expecting us about 12.15. Please adhere to Covid-19 guidelines and social distancing when running in groups & respect other footpath users. DOWNLOAD PDF Garmin Connect Link OS Maps Link GPX File Download Comments are closed.
