If you haven’t yet paid, please pay now. The England Athletics renewal period for subscription payments ends this week. For anyone who has an England Athletics number and hasn’t renewed their registration by Sunday, you will not be able to compete in some events or participate in league matches until your EA affiliation is renewed. You can check your status in your online EA profile where there is also a link to pay your subscriptions if they are due. If you aren’t registered with England Athletics, unsure if you have paid or need to know how to pay your CHAC subscriptions for this year please get in touch with the membership secretary, Tamsin Finch. For any questions please email [email protected]. Chiltern Harriers AC wants to hear from you!
Please fill in this short survey by 16 June 2024 to tell us what you want from your Club. The survey is open to all junior and senior members, as well as parents of juniors. You can choose to remain completely anonymous and the results will not be shared with any third party. On 10 June the 2024 Annual General Meeting of the Chiltern Cross Country League will meet to decide the future of the League. Without much needed new volunteering blood, the League will fold.
As one of the biggest participating Clubs we have an opportunity to save it from extinction! We've missed it, and we know you have too. It's the return of the social event of the season! Chiltern Harriers Social

The way we collect subscriptions is changing, as are our bank details. Please do not attempt to transfer your subscriptions to any of the club accounts you may have used previously as they have now been closed.
You should now have received an email from the Club with further details. Subscriptions for CHAC and England Athletics will be payable in April. Here is your renewal form which you will need to complete and return to [email protected]. Don’t panic if you are hoping to enter events or compete in April and you have a England Athletics registration that expires on 31/3/24. England Athletics operate a renewal period allowing athletes a few weeks to renew their affiliations. You will still be able to enter events and compete during April even if you pay later in the month. Any questions regarding subscriptions should be directed to Tamsin Finch, Membership Secretary, on [email protected]. The Chiltern Harriers annual general meeting will take place on Monday 4th March 7:30pm at the Tiered Room, The White Hill Centre, White Hill, Chesham, HP5 1AH.
