Several Chiltern Harriers took part for their universities at the BUCS (British Universities and Colleges Sport) Championships at Pembrey Country Park near Swansea on Saturday. In BUCS cross country there is a Long A race and Short B race for both men and women. The Long A race for the men features the top six cross country runners at each university, the A race for the women the top four. The B races include all other good runners at each university so are usually bigger fields, and are very high quality at the front end. Conditions at Pembrey were dry and still on a flat and fast course. More Photos on Flikr
