Harrow AC hosted an open graded meeting on Thursday comprising 800m and 1500m. Harrow had planned staggered arrival times, designated warm-up areas, and specific leaving times to maximise safety. Races were run with a maximum of six athletes in both distances. In a total of 120 athletes Chiltern Harriers provided an impressive 17 middle distance runners all keen to get racing after a frustrating summer of few opportunities.
