To make things easier over the winter, there is a change to how you book onto senior training sessions. Hopefully this is reasonably easy to understand and will make the coaches’ lives easier.

Athletes should go to this link and check to see if the session they want to book is full (i.e check the number - not percentage - of people opted to attend).
