Good Evening Race Report fans. Well, what a day yesterday was at the fifth and final Chiltern League match of the 2022-23 season. You’ll need to wait for Steve Perkin’s report for all the (gory) details, but, suffice to say, CHAC did themselves proud through the famous Keysoe water splash. Meanwhile, there was a great result for Louise Fry at Dorney Lake on Saturday 11 February, coming home second female in a fantastic time of 40.04 in one of the Run Dorney 10k events. In Amersham, Andrew Wiseall earned himself a course PB on the Church Mead parkrun course - a time of 22.25.
Moving on to today, Jo Culver braved the Harrow Hill (10k) race, clocking a time of 55.53. Michael ‘Tiny’ Turney completed the popular Bramley 20 miler, from Reading Roadrunners, in 2.31.58 (strava time). COMING UP LOCALLY: Gade Valley Marathon training runs, Last Friday of the Month 5k, English National Cross Country, the Baldock Beast Half Marathon, the Berko Half Marathon, Intercounties Cross Country champs, the Goring 10k and MK Half and Festival of Running. More details on these events and more at the Club Calendar. Comments are closed.
