Race Report is not in the habit of giving public health advice, and it’s not going to break that habit… just pure, unadulterated running stuff here, I’m afraid.
Matt Channer kicked the weekend off in style by winning the Phoenix Track Wars marathon event on the evening of Friday 13 March (luck for some!) His time was 3.44.24. Well done, Matt!

Meanwhile, a number of Harriers took part in the 20 mile event at the Milton Keynes Festival of Running.
