This week's training details are below. The main change this week is the return of the track, which I'm sure many people are very excited for.
Please Note - The track sessions come with a charge of £2 a session. You will be invoiced for all the sessions you attend at the end of the track season. As always - PLEASE check the first link before you book onto a session. It's really important you don't book onto a session that's already full because we need to ensure social distancing etc! Also - Please make a note of the sessions you have booked. Take a picture/screenshot or just write it down so you can go back and check. Tuesday 4 May Session 1 - Speed Endurance, Botley Road Playing Fields for warm up at 7.00pm with Mike Shrive If you cannot get there by 7.00pm please arrive as early as you can. Parking in Codmore Crescent Cul de Sac off The Braid, Chesham then walk through the alleyway to the playing fields. Limited to 22 athletes. You must use the booking system and comply with the Covid Risk Assessment. Session 2 - Endurance Run at Tylers Hill with Trevor Brawn ( I can’t promise snow again this time) Parking at Ley Hill near the Swan Public House, Chesham, including a social drink after the session for the few who might work hard enough to get thirsty. If you cannot get there by 7.00pm, please arrive as early as you can and make your own way up to the usual run routes at Tylers Hill Fields. Limited to 24 athletes. You must use the booking system and comply with the Covid Risk Assessment. Thursday 6 May Session 3 - Merchant Taylors School, Moor Park. Track Training with Mike Shrive at 7.25 for warm up. Limited to 20 athletes (if the demand exceeds the maximum number we will need to consider forming two distinct training groups at 7.00 and 7.45pm) The session is likely to be split into even pace groups to make it a more effective session for all. How to book into your sessions 1. Athletes must go to this link and check that there are places available at their preferred session(s) - check the number, NOT the percentage of people opted to attend. If you are the first person you will not see any responses. 2. Athletes will then need to go to this link to then register their intention and ensure that they have read the COVID19 Risk Assessment. PLEASE NOTE: the COVID-19 Risk Assessment has been amended for current guidance and change in location so you must have another look at it. Comments are closed.
