Senior Training Booking - W/C 07/06/21

*****Important message to all those attending our Training Sessions and those looking to do races again shortly. *******
We know some of you have still not renewed your membership for the current year. It is important for you and important for the club as the insurance cover for incidents that occur in training with the club only applies to fully payed up club members. If you are not sure if you have paid, you can check with Steve Field whose details are on the membership application forms.

Steve is handing over the reins of Membership Secretary shortly, so I want to take the opportunity to thank him and his wife Ann for the superb work they have done for the club in the role for over twenty years.
 
Tuesday 8 June - Session 1
Speed Endurance, Lowndes Park (not Botley) for warm up at 7.00pm with Mike Shrive
​Meeting near the Toilet Block. If you cannot get there by 7.00pm please arrive as early as you can.
Parking in various Chesham car parks and jog to venue.
Limited to 28 athletes + coach. You must use the booking system and comply with the Covid Risk Assessment.
 
Tuesday 8 June - Session 2
Endurance Run at Hill Farm Fields with Trevor Brawn  
Parking at the Moor Car Park and meeting on the Moor Playing Fields, Chesham for a warm up at 7pm.
Limited to 28 athletes + coach. You must use the booking system and comply with the Covid Risk Assessment.
 
Thursday 10 June - Session 3
Merchant Taylors School, Moor Park. Track Training for warm up with Mike Shrive at 7.25.
The athletes will naturally split into even pace groups to make it a safe and effective session.
The cost is £2 per session with each athlete being invoiced after the last session of the Summer

How to book into your sessions

1. Athletes must go to this link and check that there are places available at their preferred session(s) - check the number, NOT the percentage of people opted to attend. If you are the first person you will not see any responses.

2. Athletes will then need to go to this link to then register their intention and ensure that they have read the COVID19 Risk Assessment. 

PLEASE NOTE: the COVID-19 Risk Assessment has been amended for current guidance and change in location so you must have another look at it.
