Tuesday 27 October: Session 2: Endurance road run with Steve Field. Limited to 20 athletes Meet at ‘The Elgiva Theatre’ Car Park, Chesham just off St Mary’s Way, ready to start at 7pm start. Please ensure you are wearing hi viz clothing, and use a torch with care if you need to. Keep the ‘safe’ 2 metre minimum distance at all times. Thursday 29 October: Session 3: Speed endurance with Mike Shrive and Judith Or. Limited to 20 people. Meet at the usual Rickmansworth Road Car Park, Amersham ready to run at 7.00pm. Please ensure you have road shoes, hi viz clothing and use a torch with care, if you need to. Keep the ‘safe’ 2 metre minimum distance at all times. Thursday 29 October: Session 4: Endurance road run with Trevor Brawn designed for those that prefer a slower paced run. Limited to 20 athletes Meet at Chalfont Av, Little Chalfont, ready to start at 7.00pm. Parking in Chalfont Av, Russell Close, Amersham Road or nearby. Please ensure you are wearing hi viz clothing, and use a torch with care if you need to. Keep the ‘safe’ 2 metre minimum distance at all times.
