Senior Training Booking - W/C 26/10/20

Hopefully everyone was able to use the booking system last week and is starting to get used to the format. If you have feedback or issues at all please do get in contact with Neil Bates or Katie Royals. 

 This week's sessions are:


Tuesday 27 October: Session 1:

Speed Endurance road run with Mike Shrive.  Limited to 20 athletes

Meet at Star Yard Car Park, Chesham alongside St Mary’s Way, ready to start at 7pm start.
Please ensure you are wearing hi viz clothing, and use a torch with care if you need to.
Keep the ‘safe’ 2 metre minimum distance at all times.
 
Tuesday 27 October: Session 2:

Endurance road run with Steve Field.  Limited to 20 athletes

Meet at ‘The Elgiva Theatre’ Car Park, Chesham just off St Mary’s Way, ready to start at 7pm start.
Please ensure you are wearing hi viz clothing, and use a torch with care if you need to.
Keep the ‘safe’ 2 metre minimum distance at all times.
 
Thursday 29 October: Session 3:

Speed endurance with Mike Shrive and Judith Or. Limited to 20 people.

Meet at the usual Rickmansworth Road Car Park, Amersham ready to run at 7.00pm.
Please ensure you have road shoes, hi viz clothing and use a torch with care, if you need to.
Keep the ‘safe’ 2 metre minimum distance at all times.
 
Thursday 29 October: Session 4:

Endurance road run with Trevor Brawn designed for those that prefer a slower paced run. 

Limited to 20 athletes
Meet at Chalfont Av, Little Chalfont, ready to start at 7.00pm.
Parking in Chalfont Av, Russell Close, Amersham Road or nearby.
Please ensure you are wearing hi viz clothing, and use a torch with care if you need to.
Keep the ‘safe’ 2 metre minimum distance at all times.


A reminder on how to book into your sessions: 




1: Athletes to to go to this link and check to see if the event they want is full (i.e check the number - not percentage - of people attending). If you are the first person you will not see any responses.

2: Athletes will then need to go to this link to then register their intention and ensure that they have read the COVID19 Risk Assessment.

PLEASE NOTE: the COVID-19 risk assessment has been amended for current guidance and change in location so please have another look at it here.
