Details of how to book sessions for next week are below. Please note that you must check there is space available on your preferred session(s) before booking.
Important message to all those attending our Training Sessions and those looking to do races again shortly.
We know some of you have still not renewed your membership for the current year. It is important for you, and important for the Club, as the Insurance cover for incidents that occur in training with the Club only applies to fully paid up Club members. If you are not sure if you have paid, you can check with Steve Field whose details are on the membership application forms. Steve is handing over the reins of Membership Secretary shortly, so I want to take the opportunity to thank him and his wife Ann for the superb work they have done for the Club in the role over many years now.
The group training sessions are very well supported, but there may be some members who find that the sessions are now not meeting their requirements, perhaps because we are currently not having a faster and slower group split. If you have stopped attending because you feel you would prefer a less intensive session, with the emphasis more on coaching, then please contact Trevor Brawn at his email address on our website.

How to book into your sessions
1. Athletes must go to this link and check that there are places available at their preferred session(s) - check the number, NOT the percentage of people opted to attend. If you are the first person you will not see any responses.
2. Athletes will then need to go to this link to then register their intention and ensure that they have read the COVID19 Risk Assessment.
PLEASE NOTE: the COVID-19 Risk Assessment has been amended for current guidance and change in location so you must have another look at it.
